My email address is not recognised

You have already ordered from us, but when you try logging into your customer account our website tells you that your email address is not recognised. So you tried resetting your password but you still get the same message.

Don't worry. We will fix this very quickly. It's quite common for our customers to order from the website without creating an account. That's probably what happened here.

All you have to do is activate your account, click here and follow the instructions. You will then receive an email to activate it. Make sure to check your spam folder in case the email lands there.
