My order is taking its sweet little time about it
If the tracking shows that the parcel is not moving it’s possible that it’s held up in the warehouse. If that’s the case hit us up here and we can shimmy it along. To not waste any more time go straight in with the vital statistics: name, order number, tracking number and the lowdown on the situation.
If you’re outside of the EU your order could be held up at customs. There’s nothing dodgy going on so it will eventually clear. Feel free to get in touch again here and we can try to get it back on the move.
