Returning my order from Switzerland

Updated 1 month ago by Flora

If you wish to exchange your product from Switzerland, the parcel will go through customs so you must fill in an export declaration. Don't forget to mention: "FOREIGN RETURNED GOODS" then use your customs declaration number in order to be refunded for the customs duties that you already paid.

You will find the terms and conditions for foreign returned goods here.

To sum up, here's what you have to do, step by step:

- You will pay customs duties when your order arrives in Switzerland.

- You will inform customs that you are returning your product and would like to get a refund for the customs duties you paid.

- You will then pay customs duties again when your exchange goes through customs.
